We have been working with James for 4 months now to help my parents find the right facility to move to. I live out of the Country, so James has been incredibly helpful in this difficult process of my parents having to move out of their lovely home. He took them to several places until they finally found the right one. The attention he gave them was top notch, everything my parents needed. Communication with (me) and my parents was also outstanding. Still after moving to their new place, he comes and meets them on a weekly basis until all of their "issues" are resolved- something that I cannot help with from afar. I highly recommend James, he has been a blessing through this whole process and could've never done it with out him. He is truly an advocate for seniors, which is hard to come by these days.
