Meet James Jones

After completing his MBA degree from the University of Southern California in 2000, James earned his real estate license and began his career as a mortgage broker and real estate agent. He spent many years in this chosen field and became extremely capable in listening to the needs of his clients to find the home that was the best fit for them. It was a natural evolution for James to transition into assisting seniors find the community that serves them best since the skill set of listening, being empathetic and being an advocate for his clientele are the same skills he honed in real estate.

Having grown up in Southern California with a grandfather who had dementia, James is very familiar with what a family goes through when a family member needs extra care. Although James and his family cared for "Grandpa Papa" as long as they could he eventually needed more care than they could provide. So from an early age he became aware of retirement/assisted living communities and the value they provide when a loved one needs extra care.
