MEET THE OWNER

You Deserve Someone Who Truly Understands

After earning his MBA from the University of Southern California in 2000, James began his career as a mortgage broker and real estate agent. For many years, he honed the skills of listening closely, understanding clients’ needs, and guiding them to the right home.

It was a natural evolution for James to transition into senior living placement. The same qualities that made him successful in real estate — empathy, advocacy, and a commitment to finding the best fit — now serve families facing one of life’s most important decisions.

James’s passion for helping families is also deeply personal. Having grown up in Southern California with a grandfather who had dementia, he understands firsthand the challenges families face when a loved one needs more care. His family cared for “Grandpa Papa” as long as possible, but eventually had to find a senior living community that could provide the right support. That experience left a lasting impression and inspired his mission to guide other families through similar transitions.
